General What types of cleaning services do you offer? +

We specialise in premium residential cleaning and real-estate presentation cleans. That includes regular home cleaning, deep / spring cleans, pre-sale and open-home presentation, end-of-lease/vacate cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleans.

We can also tailor a package around your property and your real-estate agent’s requirements.

General Do you supply all the equipment and cleaning products? +

Yes. We bring our own professional equipment and high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products.

If you have preferred products (for allergies, sensitivities, or personal preference), just let us know and we can use them where suitable.

Bookings Do you offer once-off cleans as well as regular cleaning? +

Absolutely. You can book a one-off clean (for example before photos, an open home, or an inspection) or set up a regular schedule – weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

We’ll work around your preferred days and times as best we can.

Pricing How do your prices work? +

We provide clear, upfront pricing. For most homes we quote a fixed price based on size, condition, and the level of detail required (standard, deep, pre-sale, or end-of-lease).

Larger or more complex jobs may be quoted as a custom package after a quick call or inspection. There are no surprise add-ons – anything extra is agreed with you before we start.

Services What’s included in a standard clean versus a deep clean? +

A standard clean covers the regular essentials – bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors, dusting, and general tidy-up.

A deep clean goes further into built-up grime and detail: skirting boards, high-touch areas, extra bathroom and kitchen detail, inside some cupboards, and harder-to-reach spots. Pre-sale and end-of-lease cleans are even more detailed and follow a real-estate style checklist.

Services Can I customise the cleaning checklist? +

Yes. Every home and every property listing is different. We start from our standard checklist and then add or remove tasks based on what matters most to you or your property manager.

If there are areas you want us to focus on – such as glass, grout, or outdoor entertaining spaces – just let us know when you book.

Real Estate Do you offer end-of-lease / vacate / bond cleaning? +

Yes, we regularly carry out end-of-lease and vacate cleans. We clean to a high standard so the property presents well for your final inspection.

If any cleaning-related issues are raised by your agent that fall within the agreed scope, we’re happy to discuss returning to touch up those areas within a reasonable time frame.

Trust Are you insured and are your cleaners vetted? +

Yes, we maintain appropriate business insurance, and our team members are carefully selected, trained, and reference-checked.

Your home and investment properties are treated with respect, and our procedures are designed to protect both your belongings and our staff.

Bookings Do I need to be home during the clean? +

It’s completely up to you. Many clients are at work or out while we clean and simply provide access (for example a lockbox, key from your agent, or letting us in).

Others prefer to be home. As long as we can move around freely and safely, we’re happy either way.

Timing How long will my clean take? +

That depends on the size and condition of your property and the package you choose. A standard clean of an average-sized home usually takes a few hours; deep cleans, pre-sale, and end-of-lease cleans can take longer.

We’ll give you an estimated time range with your quote so you know what to expect.

Quality What if I’m not happy with the clean? +

Your first impression matters to us. If there’s anything you’re not happy with, please let us know as soon as possible (ideally within 24–48 hours) and we’ll discuss how to make it right.

We genuinely want every job to meet the standard we’d expect in our own home.

Bookings What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? +

We understand that plans change. We just ask that you give as much notice as possible – ideally 24–48 hours – so we can offer your time slot to another client.

Very late cancellations may attract a small fee to help cover our team’s booked time.

Bookings How do I book a clean? +

You can send us an enquiry through our website, call or email us, or reach out via your real-estate agent.

We’ll ask a few quick questions about your property and needs, then provide a tailored quote and suggested time.

Billing How do I pay? +

Payment details will be clearly shown on your invoice. We accept common payment methods such as bank transfer and, where available, card payments.

For once-off jobs, payment is usually due on or shortly after the day of the clean.
